Mediation
Peaceful resolution of disputes through Islamic principles
PWIC provide Mediation Services for disputes and problems for our community members for Divorce, Contractual Agreements, Partnership problems and more.
Mediation is a VOLUNTARY process in which PWIC Mediator facilitates communication between the disputed parties enabling them to understand and reach a mutually agreeable resolution to their disputes.
About Our Mediation Services
It should be noted that all mediation material, memorandums, and communications are completely CONFIDENTIAL.
The Mediator does not provide any legal advice and parties are encouraged to seek the advice of an independent Attorney at any time.
The Mediation Process
The Mediation process will include, at a minimum:
- An opportunity for all parties to be heard
- To identify the disputed issues
- To generate alternatives for solutions
- If the parties so desire, the development of a Memorandum of Understanding or an Agreement
